No Two Alike
By Keith Baker
I absolutely love this book. The story talks about how two things can look the same, but they are always a little different. This book really speaks to me as a mom of identical twins. My girls look the same, but they are very different, and I LOVE that there is a book that talks about those differences. The illustrations are really cute too!

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom
By Bill Martin Jr.
I remember reading this book as a kid, and I have never forgotten it. I found it at the library this week and thought I’d add it to my book list. It’s a book about the alphabet, but I love the rhyming of the book and the vibrant colors. “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom! Will there be enough room?”

Do Princesses Wear Hiking Boots
Carmela LaVigna Coyle
This is a really cute book that has a little girl asking about if princesses do hiking and other outdoor things. It allows little girls to know t
hat it’s ok to get outside and dirty and still be a princess. I love the message that this story brings as I was always the girl in the dress playing in dirt and hiking.

Mummy’s Always Right
By Joe Mulvey
I found this book on a kickstarter, and have to say, it’s a great book! The illustrations are really fun because they are in a comic book style, and the book is really cute too. I love that it teaches kids life lessons, and tells them to remember, Mummy is always right! (Obviously!)
